The IMC is constituted by the Council of Scottish Church College to look after day-to-day administration of the college. The committee has representation from all sections of stakeholders who participate in the decision-making process involved with the running of the institution on a daily basis. The decisions are noted and maintained on a regular basis in the Minute Book of the IMC. The IMC committee comprises of the following members:
