"ASMAAN: in the sky of your self", is a safe-space for the students to share their personal, interpersonal and academic concerns and open up necessary conversation centering those concerns that contribute to their distress.

This 'Counselling Cell' is aimed to help students navigate through the process of reflecting, restructuring and resolving issues that are affecting them psycho-socially at any intensity and extent.

This cell also tries to build awareness among students about the psychological, social and cultural factors that contribute to well-being and distress and the importance of being well-informed about each of these.

Psychologists working with this platform conduct Individual and Group Sessions with students as per their needs, focusing on the above-mentioned aims.

Privacy and confidentiality for each student is taken care of at each level of interaction.

'ASMAAN' is to 'be there' for the students as they choose Psychological health and continue in their journey of growth, resilience and wellbeing.
